Lori co-founded a working women’s aerospace industry networking group in 2015. This is the partner program of Women of Aerospace. As diversity, equity and inclusion became buzzwords in the early 2000s, Lori wanted to take action. She transformed the group to include shifting industry structures and systems. Lori has owned and managed several businesses and served on a number of boards. Lori is a skilled practitioner of project and program processes including risk, stakeholder, communications, resource and cost management. Lori is an equestrian and enjoys adventure travel.
Jolene Fleming

Jolene uses her degree in accounting, licenses and certifications to provide quality tailored services while building relationships that bring peace of mind to all her clients. Jolene has been in the accounting field since 2005 and has a full staff of experienced bookkeepers, including an specialist in non-profits. Jolene’s support Women of Aerospace means there are strong internal controls, and accurate and complete financial reporting. Jolene was born in and resides in Washington State, and enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses and collecting cats.

Lacey brings us a wide breadth of experience in business administration and business management. Lacey’s thoughtful approach to client and vendor relationships, achieving outcomes and problem solving ensures Women of Aerospace is set up for success. Lacey is also an entrepreneur and artist who co-owns and merchandises her products online and in markets. Lacey was born in and resides in Washington State, and enjoys being outdoors in the beautiful Pacific NW with her pets.
Shawn Hosford

Shawn is highly skilled in business development, donor and customer relations, and is hyper focused on collaboration. Shawn’s influential connections from her work, advocacy work and life is of significant support to sustain Women of Aerospace. Shawn also brings us her experience as founder and leader of a successful non-profit social service agency that still operates today. Shawn was born and raised in Washington State and resides in Montana, is a published author, and enjoys gardening, walking in the woods, meeting people, and expanding her critical thinking through large thought-provoking conversations.
Carly Hosford Israel
Grant Writer & Consultant
Carly was born and raised in Seattle, WA. She has since completed a BA in Global Studies and an MA in Journalism and Media Studies while living in Central America and South Africa. She is a systems minded strategist with a curious, creative, and critical bent.
